Michele is a Neapolitan swindler who lives in Rome. After trying to sell the Pontifical Palace of Castel Gandolfo to a rich Arab sheik, Michele attempts the next fraud: some time before he had noticed an announcement where a rich Californian heiress would be interested in weaving a relationship with an Italian noble.
